This problem was already reported _7_ times. Could you _please_ look in
the BTS before filing the 8th bug? Thanks.

It would be nice if that info block would contain your architecture, which
packages (and depending packages you have installed) etc.
reportbug does that.
The problem here is that -bin isn't yet available for powerpc and s390
and the Dependencies are not strict enough (yet).
