Bug#239088: openoffice.org: key combination ^ (circumflex) + vowel does not work

Package: openoffice.org
Version: 1.1.0-6
Severity: normal
Tags: l10n

When trying to enter ecircumflex 'ê' with ^ key then e key (french KBD),
nothing appears. Use of character table is needed to select
the character !!

That issue was the case some years ago with Staroffice 5.1 and was
solved with Staroffice 5.2 and also on a direct install of OOO 1.0.0
there was no problem.

Thank you in advance for your help !
