Bug#210581: NFS locks
Hello,
sorry for the delay, but I've forgotten this bug when I hadn't got any
emails.
This bug is still there.
Bug http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=25824 is the same as
mine, but it's fixes doesn't apply for me.
I'm using nfs-kernel package, and "[lockd]" process appears both on
server and on clients. And mount shows:
rootfs on / type rootfs (rw)
/dev/root on / type nfs
(rw,v2,rsize=4096,wsize=4096,hard,udp,nolock,addr=192.168.42.35)
vnfs0:/usr on /mnt/nfs/disk type nfs
(ro,v3,rsize=4096,wsize=1024,hard,udp,lock,addr=vnfs0)
Last one is /usr filesystem.
So still, the only way is to have *.rdb files on another filesystem (tmpfs).
