Have you actually done that?

There is written:

Setup does not work - abort

These are the main known causes of this problem:

Both problems are already reported in the BTS (see #171623 and
#191097).

As you have -en installed I suppose this is the broken font
problem. Search the broken font on your system and fix it.
(instructions in the README.Debian.gz too)

I am downgrading this bug and merging it with the others for now.
If that really should be a new bug, convince us...
