Gwenole has spotted a problem with the Bitstream fonts... we'd better
consider making this change too:

Hi,

I didn't realize that Vera Serif fonts did not have a specific italic font
and that OOo could not "italize" the normal Serif one.

This is only a problem with the Vera Serif font since the Vera Sans font does 
have a separate oblique font.

So the question is what to do about it.  All I can think of doing is move 
Bitstream Vera Serif farther down in the VCL.xcu file past other candidates 
(namely Luxi Serif and Nimbus) so that it is still available but will only be 
used if almost no other decent fonts are available on the system.

I think we will have to make that change for 1.1.1 since the tree is closed 
for 1.1.0 unless critical fixes.
