I think it's because of the non-free stuff that we disabled (LZW
.GIF creation, 3d polygon printing). The good news is, the second of
those problems will go away with rc3 - Michael has comitted patches to
OOo CVS and the needed libart is already in unstable.

That surprises me - the package name 'openoffice-de-en' would make me
expect to see a package with both de and en languages. Or are you
referring to the conflict which was the subject of this bugreport?
