I am able to repeat this crash:

I launch ooimpress.

Go through the wizard, selecting the default options.

On the first slide, when it asks me for a template to use, I select
"Title, Text, Chart", and poof:

/usr/lib/openoffice/program/libsvx641lp.so: symbol
_ZNK27SvxForbiddenCharactersTable22GetForbiddenCharactersEth, version
UDK_3_0_0 not defined in file libsal.so.3 with link time reference
