Do you have images in you document?

Then this bug may lie in the disabling of the LZW code (which is
patented) and which affects saving HTML as such as the images are
tried to be saved as GIFs which use LZW.

Does it happen too when you try to save files with no Images in it as
HTML?
If yes, it definitely seems to be the LZW thing and we wont fix it
until the LZW patent is expired everywhere...
