Eh, we have wrapper scripts for openoffice and regcomp in
/usr/bin. They set the LD_* environment variables properly.

The reason why these libs are not in /etc/ld.so.conf is that upstream
IIRC hasn't taken care of namespace clashes and compatibility
problems. So we keep these libraries "private".
