This bugreport of -6 seems to be very rare - almost everyone has no problems
with the current -6.  The problems are with new builds - we are getting
crashes all the time.  If you have access to an i386 sid machine, you can
try reproducing it from the tarball I uploaded here:

Running './install --single' is enough to set up a local directory to test
from - you don't need to do a network install.

Yes, I've seen reports about this one too.  I guess that is a glibc problem?
