Severity: normal

The default language (Western) and the dictionaries (Writing Aids) preferences are not
stored. Tested with "Locale Setting: Spanish (Spain)", "Default
currency: Euro Spanish".

Try to add a dictionary by selecting it in "Writing Aids" and check
"OpenOffice MySpell SpellChecker", then change the default language.
When the program is restarted, all options are lost.

It happens in both, x86 and PPC architecture, in the RC versions and
previous.
