on my box (athlon 1.2ghz) the logo is displayed for far too long and covers
up the middle of the screen. it also remains on top making other programs
hard to use while it is loading.
you can turn off the startup logo in sofficerc (logo=0). would it be better
to disable this by default or put sofficerc in /etc, or both?
