Yes go back to stlport 4 and use my patch for the stlport makefile so that 
it builds properly.

All ppc linux builds and testing have been done with stlport4. Building 
with stlport 4.5 has only resulted in problems.  I will wait for the next 
stlport release after 4.5 and try again.
