[Pkg-octave-devel] [RFU] octave-symbolic 2.0.0-1

I prepared version 2.0.0-1 of the octave-symbolic package in Git. This is 
a huge improvement on version 1.1.3 and is a major overhaul of the 
upstream package.  It now depends in SymPy instead of GiNaC.

Notice that it will need octave-pkg-dev >= 1.2.0 for building correctly.
