In my opinion the best way to handle this situation would have been to put Rafael's name in the trailer of the changelog, since this upload is 100% his work. Then you just sign the upload with your key. This is called a sponsored upload, see §7.5.1 of the Developers Reference. The alternative is to do a team upload, by putting the name of the uploading DD in the changelog trailer and by putting "Team Upload" as the first item in the changelog (similar to NMUs); see §5.11.7 of the Developers Reference. But I think that team uploads should be restricted to the case where you effectively contribute to an upload (i.e. by more than just signing it). -- .''`.
