[Pkg-octave-devel] [RFU] octave-nan 2.4.4-1



Note that I use git-dch to generate the changelog entry. IMO it is more
convenient than editing the changelog at each commit, for 2 reasons:

- you don't have to type the same message two times (on for the
  changelog, one for the git)

- it makes it easier to rewrite history, since it avoids the risk of
  conflicts related to edits in debian/changelog
