libcrowbar-ocaml?
The convention would rather be "ocaml-crowbar". Is this OK for you?

I'm willing to rename the package in Debian myself if you're Ok to
rename it (disclaimer: I never renamed a source package, I guess it has
to go through NEW queue again, but I don't know if there's more to it).
