Haxe can use a patch, but the readme of extlib and the naming of the
OPAM libs, extlib (minimal) and extlib-compat (full), suggested the
minimal version is prefered.
I've briefly looked at headache. It seems the Debian package has
diverged from the OPAM one too.
The OPAM headache uses camomile instead of extlib to handle utf8.
