ptmap is an OCaml implementation of an efficient maps over integers,

from a paper by Chris Okasaki.

This is one of the dependencies of the next version of Haxe (4.0.0).

I've test built it with sbuild for both amd64 and mips. Autopkgtests are also ran successfully for amd64 and mips.
