Bug#885677: liblablgtksourceview2-ocaml: Raising severity of libgnome related dependency bug

As announced [1], we do not intend to release Debian 10 "Buster" with
the old libgnome (and related) libraries. As part of this process, I
am now raising the severity of this bug.
liblablgtksourceview2-ocaml is one of the last packages preventing us
from removing libgnomecanvas from Debian (and gtksourceview2).
