Bug#806028: galax: FTBFS when built with dpkg-buildpackage -A (No such file or directory)

Surprisingly, it happened several times in this mass bug filing.
Suggestions to improve the wording of the report are welcome.

This may be good in several ways:

* Either it is a bug in dh_ocamldoc, in which case you would just
fix dh_ocamldoc and then rebuild the affected packages.

* Or it is just a bug in those four packages, but I guess once you
know how to fix any of them, a similar fix would probably work
for the others.
