Running:
apt-get source -d ocaml-fdkaac
cowbuilder --build ocaml-fdkaac_0.2.0-1.dsc
suceeds.

Are you sure of that? pbuilder doesn't prevent building as root per se,
it depends on how you use it.
BTW, is FTBFS as root really RC?
