this hack formats the output like this:

Package: src-b
Failed-Why:
  src-b (= 1) build-depends on missing:
  - bin-a-1 (>= 2)

Which I find nice to parse in perl. Here are my changes:

edos-distcheck is now superseded by dose-distcheck and dose-buildebcheck,
which provide much improved explanations of build failures. These should
suit your needs.
