Bug#676116: mlpost: FTBFS: Command exited with code 1.

Some observations:

 - mlpost compiles in a sid snapshot of 20120524T111800Z
 - context/2012.05.24.20120525-1 introduced the failure; mlpost
   compiles when context is held at 2011.05.18.20110627-2 in an
   otherwise up-to-date sid chroot
 - this looks related to #676127

Looking at differences between context versions 2011.05.18.20110627-2
and 2012.05.24.20120525-1, the file
/usr/share/texmf/metapost/context/base/mp-tool.mp has disappeared in
favour of mp-tool.mpii and mp-tool.mpiv.
