Hi,

coinst builds coinst_converter and jsviewer.js. Those are useful to
convert a dot file to a json scene and view it online using
jsviewer.js. However, coinst_converter and jsviewer.js are not shipped
by the provided Debian binary packages.

Please provide them in coinst-viewer.
