Bug#623773: [p-a-s] Please blacklist ocamlgsl and orpie on armel

Package: buildd.debian.org
Severity: normal

Hi.

Due to [1], OCaml now defines ARCH_ALIGN_DOUBLE on armel for safety reasons.
This change affects ocamlgsl which is not able to build on armel anymore.

Please remove it from armel, along with orpie (which build-depends on
ocamlgsl). Both of them are already on P-A-S for sparc and hppa for same
reasons. I've attached a patch to this mail.
