Thanks Stéphane. I'm actually with Xavier on this. We'll continue to
use a combination of selectively suppressing prelink and fixing the
upstream packages still using the -custom option. I think there's
only a tiny number that affect Fedora anyway. But go for it in Debian
if you want.
