I guess I'm looking for the equivalent of "git cherry-pick" where the
source is in svn rather than git.  Maybe it's just "svn diff ... | git am".

Yes, I've gone through and refreshed the existing patches.  I didn't
know about the dom-* tools -- I used gbp-pq, which seems very similar.
