Bug#586276: pycaml: should provide -dev package
Package: pycaml
Version: 0.82-11+b1
Severity: normal
pycaml package should provide -dev package that depends on required
version of python-dev. This way other packages like coccinelle do not
need build-dependency on python-dev and transition to new version of
python can be done by a bin-NMU (see: #567942).
