Bug#582951: builddebcheck: should use -I option

Package: edos-distcheck
Version: 1.4.2-11
Severity: wishlist
Tags: patch

edos-buildebcheck could be much faster by using the -I option to read
in the binary package file (idea due due to Andreas Barth).
