I've looked at the packaging, but not tested it yet (mainly because I
don't have easy/quick access to a Windows machines this days ...). The
first comment I have is: can you please write down the information you
gave us in this mail in the package README.Debian? I believe they are
absolutely necessary to get started, that includes how to have findlib
support.
