I talked to the upstream maintainer and he released an updated version,
2.0.2 (2.0.1 was faulty and replaced within minutes).
It compiles out of the box for me, so I think the Fedora patch I
attached is no longer needed and the dynlib patch that is also in
Debian currently can be dropped as well.
So, please package 2.0.2 and this bug can be closed.
