Can we please drop this discussion? You have been told several time
why we believe it is a good idea not to decouple upstream part and
Debian packaging. If you don't buy those arguments, fine, but please
stop beating a dead horse.
Also, your arguments are generic and have nothing to do with OCaml so,
if you really want to debate, please do so on more appropriate places,
like -devel. But be warned: you'll get there the same arguments you've
got here.
