As always: when somebody will implement it :-)
My last step has been documenting thoroughly the plan we want to
implement (see the .PDF I've posted some months ago, which is linked
from our wiki page).
The actual implementation plan is not there yet. I myself cannot
guarantee commitment on the implementation right now *BUT* either I
will work on it starting from next week, or I know that Stephane (and
possibly Mehdi) are going to work on it at DebCamp.
