This one are quite not-parlant, because "dom" isn't really a well
established acronym (neither among us!).

Uh? It is the same with the other proposal, it allows to list all
tools by using "ocaml-pkg-" + completion. Also, they are not tools you
use *that* often, so gaining 5 characters is also probably not worth.
