dh-ocaml 0.4 seems to be available already.
The candidate 3.11 to be uploaded is in current Git, ocaml version
3.11.0-5. I've already rebuilt the package, but I'll wait until this
afternoon to upload; if you have comments, vetos, ... whatever: shout!
