Bug#516502: dh_ocaml wants ocaml-md5sums that does not exist

Nope, it just meant "add a build-dependency".
There are various reasons for that:
- a lot of packages use the ocaml.mk CDBS class, which used to be in
ocaml-nox, while now is in dh-ocaml, so you will need the dependency
- now dh-ocaml also ships ocamlinit.mk, which is similar in spirit to
ocaml.mk, but not CDBS-specific. If you want to use that (which is
recommended), you will need the dh-ocaml dependency
- dh_ocaml will be prepared after the 3.11 migration (see
http://upsilon.cc/~zack/stuff/ocaml-debian-deps.pdf , linked from
http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/OCamlTaskForce/), if for that time we
already have all the build-deps in place, the transition to dh_ocaml
will be easier
Cheers.
