It's supposed to get a list of all packages maintained in Git by d-o-m
and set them up in a config file for mr (package mr), which is a
multiple repository management tool (by joey hess). So using the
generated config file, you can checkout/update all packages in one
command (like what we used to do with svn). One you have generated a
config file, you can simply run:
mr -c configfile checkout
