Actually, you can via alioth. If you register for a user on
alioth.debian.org, you will gain ssh access to that machine. Actually,
if you are doing cross-packaging, we can also offer access to
pkg-ocaml-maint repository, so that in case you need you can check in
your changes.

Yes, good point.
man.cx is in fact a Debian machine exporting all its manpages, but
there is an ongoing project for packages.debian.org to export all
"interesting" files shipped by any Debian package. Only, it is not
there yet.
