binNMU request for OCaml 3.10.2 transition

Hello,

I think we can now go on with the binNMUs. I've updated the request at:

  http://pkg-ocaml-maint.alioth.debian.org/binNMU.txt

FYI, the raw input of the script is:

  http://pkg-ocaml-maint.alioth.debian.org/binNMU-raw.txt

I've tweaked it a little, removed lablgtk2, since it will fail (but I 
left the dep-wait lines for its reverse-dependencies), and 
arch-independant packages.

Should someone submit it to debian-release?
