Nothing should build-dep on the virtual packages, I think. As for
dependencies, any library package will depend on ocaml-nox-3.10.1 or
ocaml-3.10.1, and any package containing an ocamlrun executable will
depend on ocaml-base-3.10.1 or ocaml-base-nox-3.10.1.
There might be other reasons to depend on either of those.
