Don't know how interested Debian are in packaging ocamljava, but I've
got quite far through making a package for Fedora so you might want to
reuse some of the work I did.

We have a tracking bug here where you can find the latest spec file:

The %prep, %build and %install sections are basically the steps you
have to go through in order to build and install it in a destdir.  And
the %files section is the same as the 'files' lists in debian/
