Nope, that file can be generated automatically, and in fact it is, by
the following crontab line of mine executed on alioth.d.o:
05 00 * * * (cd $HOME/build-dep-graph && svn up ; make install) > /dev/null
where $HOME/build-dep-graph is a checkout from our svn:
zack@alioth:~$ svn info build-dep-graph/|grep URL
URL: file:///svn/pkg-ocaml-maint/trunk/tools/build-dep-graph
Still, the updated file is not automatically committed.
So, the svn copy is almost always out of date, while the online copy
should be daily updated (it was not in the last few months due to a bug,
see my post of some minutes ago).
