Ah, I see, anyhow leaving the -X to dh_fixperms I think is a good thing,
to avoid future version of dh_fixperms which clean it up.
I'll upload the fixed version in a bit.

Yup, agreed, but while we are at it I can move the executable there
contextually with the move of the cdbs stuff in a package separate from
OCaml.
