Yes, the machine hosting it seems to be down, but I'm abroad these days
and don't have physical access to fix it.
On the bright side, python-debian 0.1.4 was just uploaded and includes
some change of mine I need to generate that page. As soon as I convince
the alioth admin to install its backport on alioth I can move there the
page generation. Hopefully in a few days.
