Bug#433650: cmigrep: Should depend on libpcre-ocaml

Running a freshly installed cmigrep results in the error:

Fatal error: cannot load shared library dllpcre_stubs
Reason: dllpcre_stubs.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory

Installing libpcre-ocaml fixes this problem.
