Bug#427805: mldonkey-server: directory creation in incoming/ has wrong permissions

Hi,

mlnet is creating its directories with permissions 0755 instead of 0775
as the umask suggests. This is wrong (and causes problems with my
setup).
Would it be possible to fix that, or give a workaround ?
