Bug#397497: debian/utils/mldonkey_users is incompatible with multiuser-style users.ini

I don't follow precisely mldonkey for some time, but can you provide a
program to replace the debian-utils mldonkey_users by a mldonkey project
mldonkey_user. In other word, a program with the same functionnality but
which will be more integrated to mldonkey ?
I think it will made things a lot more simple (mldonkey_users has always
been a bad hack, using not shipped library in mldonkey project).
