I fear is too late in the release cycle to do that, besides it is not a
big deal to ship 3.09.2 instead of 3.09.3, the changes are really
minimal. Still, after the version I just uploaded enter testing we can
propose this to the RM asking for their advice.

My personal opinion is that it wont be _that_ easy given that some
packages currently present in unstable (at the very minimum some
packages of mine are not binNMU-safe, so sourceful uploads will be
needed). I do have the corresponding binNMU-safe versions on the svn
repository but they were never uploaded since I was waiting for the cdbs
class to be in unstable.

Ah, BTW, people now using the CDBS class can do that with a
build-dependency like ocaml-nox >= 3.09.2-7.
