It should be used to automatically set the set of Architectures of native
arches in the control file, as well as used in addition or instead of the
actual .opt detection we do now, altough this second feature is maybe not all
that important.

Indeed this is what we provide :

$ more /usr/lib/ocaml/3.09.2/native-archs
alpha amd64 arm hurd-i386 i386 ia64 kfreebsd-i386 powerpc sparc

Ah, ok, but the important point is the automatic updating of the Architecture:
field in the control file.
